eNyota Learning focuses on providing e-learning solutions across the world. eNytoa was evolving their new product - Learning Management System (LMS). Their requirement was to come up with a decent face for this new product targeted towards their global audience. The ultimate objective was to develop a product which will stand out in competition and deliver clutter free, easy & delightful user experience which will work across the mobile & computers. Prismic Reflections was the chosen agency to help eNyota for this project.
During the initial meetings and discussions, our team decided to dive deeper and understand the product (LMS) which is been developed by eNyota. We explored the product by wearing different caps of users and stakeholders like Learners, Admin, Course Manager etc.
During the different journey, we mapped down the pain points and cluttered zones of the system. After a couple of rounds of the walk-through, we shared our questions and doubts with product manager and developers of the system. Our goal was to make product easy & stand out in the race of other similar products. It made us explore and understand the user experience of, some of the industry-leading LMS present in the market which is developed by other software giants like Adobe. At a very first glance, we found them very difficult to understand and taking us towards confusion rather than making our life easy to deal with. After validating our conclusions with a couple of industry experts and client we finalized our approach and direction to proceed..
Icons do their regular job. But they also allow Admin to customise their colors to match with their branding preferences. Thus helping user to gain more control over the product and make learner feel at home through consistent branding.
