The Art of Living Foundation, an educational & humanitarian NGO engaged in stress- management & social service initiatives, having a global presence over 152 countries. Inspired by Sri Sri Ravishankar, Venunaad was arranged in the holy city Nashik (Maharashtra, India)

Prismic Reflections(TM) took the service initiative to promote the event through Web & Social media.

The event was aiming to spread the awareness about Indian classical music by creating a world record, we targeted Localities in Nashik, Audiences from India and across the globe who could join this event via live webcast. 

We took the full charge from strategy, branding, content development to final launching & maintaining online engagement platform.

Service Initiative

The idea of promoting this event online brought on the table in a face to face meet with event co-coordinator Mr. Vijayji Hakay, the former member of APEX (Maharashtra) and follower of Sri Sri Ravi Shankar. 

We quickly created a strategic plan and some presentable mock-up in next one week to present member of the board. Prismic Reflections is proud to be associated with The Art Of Living Foundation for contributing their skills in this social initiative.

Social Media Communication Design

We identified that Social media platforms like Facebook, Youtube & Google plus could be main channels to reach out to people and invite them to get engaged with the event happening. 

We created several strategic engagement points which inspired people to respond to event Facebook page, watch videos on Youtube & follow on google plus page. The entire content development, design & social media promotion run extensively for almost 60 working days targeting National & International Audience
