Project Brief

IndiaMART, India’s largest B2B marketplace, connects millions of buyers and sellers across industries every day. With a vast ecosystem of transactions, workflows, communications, and data-heavy interactions, IndiaMART needed a design partner who could bring continuous UX evolution - not just project-based interventions.

Over the past 4+ years, Prismic Reflections has been IndiaMART’s extended UX design team, working in close collaboration across multiple product verticals and customer journeys — from buyer and seller experiences to subscription flows, messaging systems, operational tools, financial dashboards, and marketplace discovery.

Our role was not just to deliver designs — but to build design thinking into their product DNA, simplifying complex workflows and enabling consistency at scale.
