Project Brief

Gera Developments, a pioneer in premium residential and commercial projects, is known for delivering experiences that embody their core values - trust, quality, customer-first, and innovation. With industry-first initiatives like a 7-year warranty and the introduction of India’s first ChildCentric® Homes, they’ve consistently set new benchmarks in the real estate market.


As part of their mission to enhance customer experience, Gera launched The GeraWorld® App - a platform for seamless communication, project updates, and post-possession services.



We were tasked with redesigning the existing app, which was built on outdated UI and interaction patterns, to deliver a more intuitive, modern, and engaging user experience aligned with Gera’s premium brand ethos.

ChildCentric® Homes" is a new post-possession module presenting exciting design opportunities - creating an intuitive assessment page, curating a clear and inspiring listing of academies and workshops, and designing a smooth flow for voucher transfers and payments.

Gamified Assessment

In the ChildCentric® module’s assessment section, we introduced gamification to make progress tracking more engaging. Instead of traditional marks, children earned badges, while both parents and children received personalised feedback from coaches - turning evaluation into a motivating and positive experience.
