PLEASE READ CAREFULLY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY (THE “POLICY”) BEFORE ACCESSING OR USING THE FIRM’S WEBSITE OR SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATIONS / PERSONAL DATA ON THE WEBSITE. A. Introduction

Prismic Reflection Web Solutions LL.P, (“Firm” or “We “ or “us”) is a limited liability partnership  registered under the Limited Liability Partnership Act- 2008  including its amendments and rules made hereof, having its registered office at Office no. 4, 1st floor, Shivalik Sky Park, S no. 6, plot no. 1 to 5, Indira Nagar Annex, Near ParkSyde Residences, Pathardi, 422 010, Maharashtra, India. The Firm owns the website under the domain name https://www.prismicreflections.com (“Website”). The Firm through  the Website may collect, store use, disclose, process and protect any Digital Personal Data / Personal Information / sensitive personal data (Collectively referred as “Personal Data”, and defined herein below) or  information of a Person including but not limited to personal and business information provided by the viewers, users and customers (“Users” or “You” or “Your”) while using the Website and sharing Personal Data.    

This Privacy Policy sets out the basis on which Prismic Reflections LLP (“Firm”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, stores, retains, deletes, or otherwise processes Personal Data in accordance with applicable data protection laws in India, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the rules framed thereunder (“DPDP Act”), and, to the extent applicable, the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made thereunder (collectively, the “Applicable Data Protection Laws”). This Policy applies to Personal Data provided by you, or on your behalf, including when such Personal Data is collected through the Website or otherwise in connection with our business activities, and where such Personal Data is in our possession or under our control, or is processed by us or by third parties engaged by us for the purposes described in this Policy. This Policy describes the categories of Personal Data we process, the purposes of processing, the manner of storage, retention, sharing and deletion of such Personal Data, and the rights available to individuals (“Data Principals”) under the DPDP Act. This Policy shall be read in conjunction with the Terms of Use governing access to and use of the Website.

The Policy clearly states that browsing through the Website, voluntarily accessing, and providing us your Personal Data through contact forms or making enquiries or direct communication via the use and access of the Website will be deemed as your free consent to us for processing, sharing and storing the said information in accordance with the Policy and as per the Applicable Laws.

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized shall  have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following conditions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

  • “Business of the Firm” means the professional activity of providing user experience (UX) design, user interface (UI) design, digital product design, branding, front-end development support, strategic design consulting, and related creative and technology advisory services to its business clients. 
  • “Cookies” means and includes small files placed by a website on the browsers of your Devices through which you access and use a Website containing the details of Your browsing history on that Website among its many uses.  
  • “Device” means any electronic Devices which falls under the definition of computer as per the provisions of Information Technology Act-2000 and rules framed thereunder and such Device, including but not limited to a computer, mobile phone or a digital tablet, can access the Services or visit the Website. 
  • “Person” shall mean and include any individual (residing within or outside Republic of India) , Hindu Undivided Family (HUF), company, firm, association of persons or body of individuals-whether incorporated or not, State and every other artificial juristic person. 
  • “Personal Data” shall mean and include name, age, gender, address of an individual or any other information or data that relates to an identified or identifiable individual. For the purpose of this Policy, Personal Data shall mean and include digitalized personal data of individual such as name, age, sex, location address, and any other information by which the Firm may provide its Services to such individual. For the purpose of this policy, the term Digital Personal Data and Personal Information shall have same meaning and is used interchangeably.

If you withdraw or instruct us to erase / delete your Personal Data from our Website, then such deletion or withdrawal of Personal Data may result in this Policy being revoked and the provision of services  may be restricted by the Firm .

All unsolicited data  or publicly available data shall be deemed to be non-confidential, and the Firm shall be free to use and/ or disclose such unsolicited information without any limitations.

L. Opt-Out and Communication

You can opt out of receiving our marketing emails. To stop receiving our promotional emails, please email at info@prismicreflections.com. It may take about ten days to process your request. Even if you opt out of getting marketing messages, the Firm will still be sending you transactional messages through email and short message service (SMS) about your registration for any event or seminars. During registration and when availing Services, you can set your email preferences with respect to receiving certain communications from the Firm. In case you have opted to unsubscribe our newsletters and other general e-mail marketing communication then you will be unable to opt-out of receiving administrative messages, customer service responses or other transactional communications. O. Governing Laws

The Policy, including its amendments, variation, revision, or changes thereto, and the provisions contained therein shall be solely governed by the laws of Republic of India , without having regard to the principles of conflict of laws ,and irrespective of your jurisdiction or place of business. You unconditionally agree and submit yourself to the laws of Republic of India and jurisdiction of competent courts / tribunal of Nashik – Maharashtra (India).
